Rise and Shine!!
Let’s start this day off right!
Try a few tips or all of them. Whatever works for you! Remember, any improvement is better than nothing! One good thing will lead to another.
A morning routine will set the tone for the rest of the day.
All or some, pick at least 2 things off of the list and do them consistently for 21 days. Then add to it each month. Both morning and evening routines are a must. We will go over evening routines next.
First Things First
When you get out of bed turn around pull the covers up and straighten up the pillows. It’s done. and the next time you walk in the room you will feel so good about it. At this point I go into the living room to my SPOT. I love my little spot. I strongly recommend setting up an area that you can call your own. It doesn’t have to be anything elaborate. Just a lamp, place to put your devotional or source of inspiration and a place to put your hot cup of coffee or tea. I look forward to my spot each morning.
Your source of inspiration can be anything from self-help to devotional. I highly recommend a devotional. They are typically both self-help and spiritual. I will list a few of my favorites. If the kids are still asleep, I then turn on my beach body app and try to do a workout. Sometimes I only get 10 or 15 minutes before someone wakes up but I keep going as long as I can.
All this being said, do the best that YOU can. Each day is a new day to do your best. I will tell you, this is my plan but it doesn’t always happen. Don’t beat yourself up. It’s counterproductive and just makes you feel bad. Your family needs you at your best and your best is AMAZING!

Night time routine
A night time routine will set the tone for your morning which will make for a better day.
All or some, just like the morning routine, pick at least 2 things off of the list and do them consistently for 21 days. Then add to it each month. You will find the more consistent you are with your routines the better you feel about your day and week’s productivity. I fall off and, on this wagon, depending on what is happening in my life. So don’t feel bad if you stray away. The important thing is you keep getting back on. This is my list but you may need to change it a bit to suit your needs.
