The perfect way to cozy up your home is by diffusing essential oils.
Nothing brings me back to my childhood memories of fall more than cinnamon. Cinnamon buns, apple cider, pinecones covered in cinnamon oil. I could go on and on. Probably why cinnamon is on my must have list of essential oils. Right along with orange. The combo just screams fall and Christmas. When I was a kid my mom and grandmother would always take us to craft shows in Richmond. People sold everything from roasted nuts, ornaments, furniture, treats for your dog, you name it! and it was all handmade. They still have those craft shows but not everything is handmade anymore. Once you have your own collection of oils you will be able to handmake all kinds of things. I also love to make things so that is another reason I love oils so much. Here is a recipe card for some recipes you can make with your oils.
These are just a few things you can do with your oils. Another cleaning hack I enjoy with my oils is mixing up a blend that I love into a 4 oz dropper bottle. You can find them here. Once you have it mixed you can add it to the filter on the vacuum just before vacuuming (makes the whole house smell good) put it into your diffuser instead of reaching for different bottles. When it’s time to make more thieves cleaner just add a few drops to that. Same with your hand Soap, bath salts, laundry scent booster, bath bombs, the possibilities are endless.
